Minikube

EPIC can be used with Minikube, it just requires the installation of the Gateway Controller as per the getting Started Guide.

Tested Versions:

Minikube: 1.25 (kubernetes 1.23)

Notes:

Minikube has been tested to operate on Linux. Operation has not been verified on Windows.
